Como ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o principal desenvolveu uma longa carreira na atividade seguradora, qualificando-se em m\u00faltiplas vertentes: foi Diretor no antigo Instituto Nacional de Seguros (Servi\u00e7os de An\u00e1lise de Riscos e Preven\u00e7\u00e3o), foi Director T\u00e9cnico na APS \u2013 Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Portuguesa de Seguradores e Administrador nas Companhias de Seguros Fidelidade, O Trabalho e o Trabalho Vida. Passou para a \u00e1rea da corretagem e consultoria de seguros e riscos segur\u00e1veis h\u00e1 mais de 20 anos. Especializou-se na vertente de Gest\u00e3o de Riscos, participando em m\u00faltiplos estudos e projectos, desenvolvendo forma\u00e7\u00e3o especializada e, principalmente, actuando como consultor de grandes empresas, como \u00e9 o caso da EDP, onde atualmente continua a exercer fun\u00e7\u00f5es regulares. Technology and Innovation. He joined the OECD in 2014, where he has worked on central issues within the field of innovation policy, notably through his work on the Innovation Policy Platform (with the World Bank), the STI Outlook, and, more recently, on the development of the STIP Compass. Here, Andr\u00e9s has played a key role in revising the methodology of the biennial EC-OECD STI Policy Survey and in designing the various taxonomies and visualisations that enable the analytical capabilities of the policy database. Prior to joining the OECD, his research focused on the mechanisms through which intellectual capital leads to business innovation and on how policies can act upon them. Desde 2001 que colabora com v\u00e1rias estruturas governamentais na \u00e1rea da Pol\u00edtica de Inova\u00e7\u00e3o, tendo integrado as equipas de conce\u00e7\u00e3o, gest\u00e3o e monitoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do PROINOV (Programa Integrado de Apoio \u00e0 Inova\u00e7\u00e3o), do Plano Tecnol\u00f3gico, da Agenda Digital, da Estrat\u00e9gia de Lisboa, do Plano Nacional de Reformas e do Programa Nacional para o Empreendedorismo e Inova\u00e7\u00e3o (+E+I). Ant\u00f3nio Bob Santos foi gestor de projetos de inova\u00e7\u00e3o na UMIC (Ag\u00eancia para a Sociedade do Conhecimento), com responsabilidades na conce\u00e7\u00e3o de iniciativas como o NEOTEC, OTIC, Centros de Excel\u00eancia da b-on (Biblioteca do Conhecimento Online), e colaborado na gest\u00e3o de projetos de Smart Cities no CEiiA. \u00c9 Doutorado em Economia pelo ISCTE-IUL (Instituto Universit\u00e1rio de Lisboa), institui\u00e7\u00e3o onde concluiu o Mestrado em Ci\u00eancias do Trabalho (2002) e a Licenciatura em Economia (1998). Prior to INESC TEC, Catarina set up and served as the managing director of A2B, a business angel investment fund dedicated to technology ventures. She also served as executive and non-executive member in several start-up boards. Her professional experience ranges from software start-ups, large distribution multinational companies and research in international organizations. Catarina holds a MSc. in Management with focus on technology entrepreneurship, MBA in Management and a MSc in Microbiology. Working as a Professor at Estacio de Sa University from 2000 to 2015, as a coordinator, she also structured the MBA in Corporate Education and Knowledge Management. She works at Furnas Centrais El\u00e9tricas S.A. (Brazil) since 2005, in environmental education, information technology, corporate education and knowledge management areas, especially as a leader. Managing teams and projects, recognized externally, she is responsible for implementing Knowledge Management Programs in companies and projects in the energy sector. An executive at the Brazilian Development Bank &#8211; BNDES for 20 years, she has mostly spent her career working with Strategic Planning. Nowadays, she is the head of the Communication and Public Relation Division. She is also member of important governmental committee related to R&#038;D National Policies and Board Member of the New Club of Paris, an international think tank whose main objective is to create awareness about the Knowledge Economy.
